The personable and experienced staff at Bayou Family Care welcomes your questions. Our professional staff members are ready to schedule your appointment and answer any questions that you may have about our services. The office hours are Monday through Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-12. We are closed on the weekends.

Primary Care Services

By offering the latest treatment options as well as personalized treatment guidance in preventative care and lifelong health maintenance, we hope to serve as your primary care provider for many years to come. We thank you in advance for allowing us to address and manage all of your future health care needs!

After Hours Needs

If you have an urgent non life threatening medical need and need to speak with a provider after regular hours, please call our office at 318-728-4787 and the on-call provider will return your call. In the unlikely event that you can not reach us or for emergent needs, go to the nearest emergency room. If it is a life threatening emergency call 911 for immediate assistance.

Lab Services

Bayou Family Care uses Richardson Medical Center lab, LabCorp and CPL lab services. For your convenience if your insurance permits, you can have your lab drawn while in clinic. Please notify our staff if your insurance requires you to utilize another lab service. You will be billed separately for lab services through the designated lab service utilized at the time of service. Please contact the lab directly for any laboratory billing concerns.
